Download the FOREO For You app. Activate Bluetooth and sync device with the app.

Cleanse your face with an oil-free cleanser, removing makeup, oils, and impurities.

Apply a thin layer of FOREO’s conductive serum for a safe and effective treatment.

Select your pre-set routine and microcurrent intensity via the app or manually with the universal button.

Glide BEAR™ 2 across your skin for 2 minutes across desired areas. The device will switch off once the routine is complete.

Continue with your regular skincare routine.

Use for 2 minutes once a day, at any time of the day or night.

Wash the device surfaces with soap and water, rinse with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. Allow device to air-dry.
